💌 An invitation to slow down, rest, and tap into inner wisdom - whether through listening to the stories of others or through your own creativity. I create a safe sanctuary for women where you don’t need to perform or meet anyone’s expectations. You can simply be. What you can look forward to: 💕 Safe space: Principles of transparent communication with a talking token - only one of us speaks at a time, while others listen from the heart without judgment. Even silence is a full and meaningful way to share. 🎨 Creativity without pressure: Freedom to create through intuitive painting, writing, breathwork, visualisation, and other coaching techniques. You don't need to know anything at all - just showing up is enough. 👥 Intimate atmosphere: Maximum capacity is limited to 9 women to maintain depth, intimacy, and safety. ☕️ Refreshments & materials: Tea, light snacks, and all art and creative supplies are fully provided for you in the space.
